Provided guidance on implementing the CHA and the CHIP including communication with community leaders, preparation of moderator guide for facilitators, conducting webinar training for facilitators, championing systems improvements and customization to meet CHA and CHIP requirements.

Governor’s Sterling Award for Performance Excellence

Assisted in the submission of the Governor Sterling Award application for DOH—MDC (Department of Health, Miami-Dade County). This process has been instrumental in enabling the DOH-MDC to maintain its momentum, ensuring sustained agility, and consistently delivering excellent results.

Infant Mortality Assessment & Community Action-planning meeting (Florida Healthy Babies Initiative)

Conducted an enhanced data analysis on infant mortality (including an environmental scan of existing pertinent programs) and examined disparities in infant deaths and the role of social determinants of health. Incorporated findings into a community health improvement plan and led the implementation of community-based programs with key stakeholders.
