3. CONTRACTING AND PAYMENTS

A free initial consultation will be held before any project begins. Upon mutual agreement, a service contract and invoice for 50% of the total project cost will be issued. This deposit must be paid before any work begins.

The remaining balance is due in full prior to final delivery of the agreed-upon work. CLT does not initiate any project without receipt of the initial deposit.

4. SERVICE SCOPE

All services will adhere strictly to the scope outlined in the signed contract. Any changes must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional fees and revised timelines.

CLT reserves the right to decline projects that are not aligned with its mission, values, or professional capabilities.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CLT performs its services with a high standard of professionalism and expertise. However, specific outcomes such as grant approval, funding success, or project results are not guaranteed, as they depend on factors beyond CLT’s control.

Under no circumstances shall CLT be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website or services provided.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, documents, methodologies, and materials developed by CLT, are the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise indicated.
